Description of Services:
The service provider agrees to deliver consulting and advisory services related to business strategy development, as outlined in the main agreement, for the duration specified herein.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the service provider a fixed fee of $50,000, payable in installments as follows: 50% upon signing this Schedule A, and 50% upon completion of the services.
Duration:
This schedule is effective from September 1, 2023, and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the main agreement.
