Scope of Services:

The agent shall perform real estate brokerage services including marketing, showing, and negotiating the sale or lease of the property located at 789 Maple Street, Anytown, USA, or other designated property as agreed upon.

Commission Terms:

The agent shall be entitled to a commission of 3% of the total sale or lease amount, payable upon the successful closing of the transaction, as stipulated in this agreement.
